A new Wetherspoons pub is coming to the Blackpool area — but not the town centre. The venue will open inside Haven’s Cala Gran Holiday Park in Fleetwood (FY7 8JY). This marks the fourth Wetherspoons location at a Haven holiday park, following openings across the UK.
The partnership between Haven Holidays and JD Wetherspoon brings the familiar Wetherspoons menu, drinks, and casual pub atmosphere directly to holidaymakers, often replacing or re‑imagining existing Mash and Barrel venues found at many parks.
Mash and Barrel restaurants are Haven’s typical sit down pubs and family friendly eateries serving British classics like burgers, roasts, Sunday lunches. In Fleetwood, the new Wetherspoon will give guests a familiar and affordable social hub onsite, so visitors don’t need to trek into nearby towns for food and drink. The new Fleetwood pub is expected to open by spring 2026.
